Having Trouble with your Serial Number?
Serial numbers are used during the account creation/course registration process only, after which point you will use your chosen username and password only.
Exam Tool serial numbers are distributed by your course provider. If you did not receive a serial number or have misplaced a serial number, contact your review course provider directly.
The course code is also required for registration and is provided by the course instructor. To obtain or retrieve a course code, please contact your instructor or course provider directly.
