Online Option - Agreement

By completing the form below, your school elects to partner with CPAexcel to offer an Online Course branded to your school.

Key Points of the CPAexcel University Partnership:

  • University offers special pricing available only to its students and alumni. No minimal enrollment is necessary.
  • University pays no fees to join the partnership program.
  • University receives customized, branded website with CPAexcel order processing, course content, ongoing customer service and technical product support. (See Role of CPAexcel)
  • University provides a link from its regular university website to the CPA Exam Review site for your school.
  • University agrees to make a good faith effort to promote the program to students and alumni. (CPAexcel will provide sample marketing templates.)
  • University will assign a Program Coordinator to facilitate the program.
  • University will receive a $100 stipend for each full course paid enrollee ($25 per course section.) Enrollees can be college students, alumni, or college staff members. Stipend will be paid quarterly to the school.
  • The agreement is for one year, automatically renewing unless terminated by either party with 30-days notice.
