On Campus Option - Agreement

Key Points of the CPAexcel University Partnership:

• CPAexcel will provide the materials, learning tools and other resources included in its University Course for the University to use in its .
• Enrollments in the this course are planned to start and will be held at . University faculty will deliver this course. University will set the tuition and other student terms.
• University may elect, but is not required, to receive from CPAexcel at no extra cost: (1) a customized, branded website (2) enrollment and tuition collection services (3) Continuing customer service and technical product support.
• University pays no fees to join the partnership program. CPAexcel will receive $1,095 per set of course materials provided by CPAexcel with no commitment by the University to order a minimum number of sets.
• If CPAexcel collects the tuition, it will retain $1,095 from the amount collected from each student and remit the balance to the University monthly. If CPAexcel does not collect tuition, the University will pay for each set of course materials delivered by CPAexcel within 30 days of being invoiced for the materials.
• University agrees to make a good faith effort to promote the program to potential students of the course living within commuting distance from the campus. CPAexcel will provide sample marketing materials.
• The agreement is for one year, automatically renewing unless terminated by either party with 30-days notice.
