About Being a CPAexcel Campus Rep
Campus Reps are on-campus contact persons for CPAexcel's review courses. They provide information about CPAexcel to other students and answer their questions. They also provide information to us to help us serve their needs and the needs of their fellow students.

CPAexcel Campus Reps receive a valuable free CPA review course and cash payments proportionate to the value of the orders attributed to their efforts.

Your Duties As a Campus Rep
You distribute information to other students by:

1. Displaying posters and providing leaflets at authorized locations on campus.

2. Providing CPAexcel demo CD-ROMs to interested students.

3. Answering questions from other students.

We also expect you to recommend a student to take your place when you leave.

You are free to demonstrate the use of CPAexcel to other students, encourage them to order CPAexcel, and otherwise promote CPAexcel to your fellow students. We encourage, but do not require, you to take these actions provided they do not interfere with your studies.

What CPAexcel Does for You

1. Soon after you become a CPAexcel rep, you receive a free 4-part Video Gold Medal Course (retail value $1,740.00) that you may use for your own studies. We expect you to also use this course to become familiar with CPAexcel so that you can tell other students about it. Your continued use of the course is subject to you performing your duties as a CPAexcel rep satisfactorily.

2. We will supply you with posters, leaflets, demo CDs, and information on web pages and in emails to use in communicating with other students. You receive full use of the online version of your free course when you receive these materials. You receive the most recent edition of the textbooks after you leave college and want to study for the exam.

3. At your request, we will give you a written evaluation of your performance as a Rep that you may use with future prospective employers.

Cash Compensation
In addition to the free CPAexcel course, you will receive a 10% cash payment on all orders for CPAexcel that are attributed to you by the buyers who placed the orders while at college or within 60 days of leaving college. There is no limit on how much you can earn.

Orders are attributed to you by buyers giving us your name when they place their order. You are responsible for notifying buyers to do this. Our leaflets provide space for you to write-in your name (and other information, if you like) to help buyers attribute their orders to you. Also, if you agree, we will set up a web page on our website that names you as a Campus Rep, shows your photo and how to contact you, and also shows information about CPAexcel. We would set up the web page in order to help you to receive referral fees for all the orders resulting from your efforts. You may decline having this web page or have it removed at any time.

Cash payments to you are made by check on or about the 15th and the 30th of each month. We mail the payments to the address you give us. You are responsible for updating your address if/when it changes. We are not responsible for checks sent to an outdated address.
