CPAexcel Accounting PowerHouse Content Qualifications:
The content of the CPAexcel Accounting PowerHouse is compiled and updated to help prepare CPA Exam candidates to pass the CPA Exam and substantially meets all of the AICPA Content Specifications for the CPA Exam. Consistent with those specifications, the content of the CPAexcel Review Courses, and therefore of the CPAexcel Accounting PowerHouse, generally does not reflect changes in laws, regulations, accounting rules and the like until six months after the date such changes became effective.

Discounts for College Students:
College students receive a 20% discount on all subscriptions. See if you qualify to receive a college student discount.

Subscriptions:
Published subscription rates apply only to subscriptions for use by individuals. The use of a subscription for commercial purposes (e.g. to conduct classes) is prohibited as is sharing access to the service by the subscriber. We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions that appear to be used in violation of these conditions. Subscriptions are for two years and expire on the second anniversary of the date on which payment for the subscription was received. Subscriptions are not transferable.

Upgrading to CPAexcel CPA Exam Review Courses:
Subscribers may upgrade their subscription(s) to any CPAexcel video course of their choice at the then-prevailing price for the course.

Upgrade credits: Subscribers who upgrade to a CPAexcel video review course receive credit for the value of the unused portion of their subscription period(s). If the amount of the credit(s) would exceed the purchase price of the selected course, the excess credit will be applied to subsequent purchase(s) until it is used. No cash refunds for excess credits will be made.

Extended discounts for college students: College students who initially subscribe to a bundle of titles may purchase a CPAexcel video course during the period of that subscription at the then-prevailing price that applies to college students. Otherwise, the then-prevailing price for a CPAexcel course shall be the price that applies to his or her status at the date of the upgrade.

Multiple Subscriptions and Upgrading to a Bundle of Titles:
Each subscription to a title or a bundle of titles is a separate transaction from any other subscription, with its own subscription period and expiration date.

Upgrade credits: Subscribers who upgrade one or more subscriptions of individual titles to a bundle, or bundles of titles, will receive credit for any unused portion of individual titles.

Extended discounts for college students: College students who initially subscribe to a bundle of titles may upgrade during the period of that subscription to a higher value bundle of titles at the then-prevailing price that applies to college students. Otherwise, the then-prevailing price for upgraded or additional subscriptions shall be the price that applies to the subscriber's status at the date of the new subscriptions.

Free Demos and Refunds:
In order to evaluate the service, prospective subscribers may order a free demo of the CPAexcel Accounting PowerHouse. The free demos include at least one complete lesson from each title. Subscriptions may be upgraded to CPAexcel Review Courses or to bundles of titles. Refunds for unused subscription period(s) will not be made.
