Education Requirements:
Baccalaureate degree and 150 semester hours of acceptable credit that includes at least
- 24 semester hours of accounting at the undergraduate and/or graduate level (excluding principles or equivalent)
- 24 semester hours in business courses or substantially equivalent (other than accounting) courses at the undergraduate or graduate level.
Note: Requirements listed above are those to sit for the CPA Exam. Check with your State Board to find out the additional requirements for licensure and certification.
