The Lesson Overview

Overview Text - A short description of the material covered in the lesson.
Lesson Contents - Menu of all materials associated with the selected lesson.
Study History
Score History - Result of the last lesson exam.
Study Time - Breakdown of time spent studying each section of a lesson. Total study time for the lesson is displayed at the bottom of the table, along with "Average Total Study Time for all Students." This time is calculated by averaging the study time of all current CPAexcel users.
Latest Score Chart - The pie chart provides a clear visual of your latest exam and indicates correct (green), incorrect (red) and unanswered questions (transparent).
Score History Chart - Allows you to review whether your scores have improved or worsened over the last 5 exams. The date the exam was taken is also provided.

• The Retake Button will give you the option to retake the last exam if you wish to improve your score.
• The Details Button launches a list of all the EQ questions presented on the last exam. Unanswered and correctly answered questions will display the green check mark. An EQ question that was answered incorrectly displays the red "X" for your response, and the green check mark for the correct answer. Rationales for all EQ questions are also displayed in an effort to explain why any particular answer is right or wrong.
• To view PQ questions and answers first click on the pie chart in the Score History to reset information under the Details Button to PQ mode. A Yes/No or True/False question will always show the correct answer. If you answered correctly there will be a green check mark in the correct answer box. If you answered incorrectly there will be red "X" in the correct answer box. PQ questions do not as a rule contain rationales.
• The Scorecard Button will launch the scorecard. See "Scorecard" under the Homepage Panels area of the Help section for more information.

FAQ: I studied for 45 minutes last night but today, when I re-opened CPAexcel, it didn't show my study time in the overview, why!?

If you Logged Out or closed the browser while using the Online version, or if you closed the window while using the offline version, no study time will be recorded.

In order to have a valid study time, CPAexcel must recessive a recognized start and end time. Closing the application or breaking an internet connection causes you to 'disappear' without an end time and makes a measure of study time impossible.

To prevent this from happening again, always return to the Lesson Overview after studying.
