Installing Version 5.2

The content has been fully updated, ensuring you have the latest changes to the CPA Exam content.

System Requirements
Before installing Version 5.2, please check the minimum system requirements for running CPAexcel on your computer.

Installing Version 5.2:

• CPAexcel Online: Visit the Student Center and select the "CPAexcel Online Login" button.


• CPAexcel Offline: If you do not have the courseware installed on your computer, click here to download and install the latest version.

If you already have the courseware installed on your computer and would like to update to the latest version, begin by launching the courseware. Click on "Go" in the upper right corner, then "Update" in the dropdown menu. Follow the instructions to download the latest version of CPAexcel. You must be connected to the Internet.

At least once every 14 days, you must connect to the Internet to renew your user permissions and receive updates to the course material. The program will automatically prompt you through this process.
