Discussions
Every lesson has a discussion which may be accessed via the Overview page. You may browse current threads by clicking on the title you wish to know more about, or begin a new thread by clicking the "New Topic" button.
The title of the forum (see
in the image above) may be clicked to move back to the main table.
Discussion Forum Guidelines
The Forum are moderated by CPAexcel Mentors and Support Staff and are intended to foster discussion of all things related to the exam section in which you find them.
The following are guidelines that CPAexcel hopes will make the discussions a valuable aid in your studies:
1. Students are asked to read the forum descriptions before posting. Posts are to be made in the relevant forum:
a. Questions about content should be posted in the relevant Exam Section.
b. Complaints should be mailed directly to info@efficientlearning.com. CPAexcel will answer all problems and endeavor to solve them in a timely fashion; however, unconstructive criticism will be removed from the CPAexcel Discussion Forums.
c. Technical issues will receive the promptest response by posting them to the Help Desk found under the Help menu.
2. CPAexcel students should post in a way that is respectful of other users. Flaming or abusing fellow users or CPAexcel Staff in any way will lead to immediate suspension of Discussion Forum privileges.
3. Students should remember this board is aimed at CPAexcel Students, Mentors and Staff. Please keep posts relevant. Posting offensive text, images, links, spam and etc. will lead to immediate suspension of Discussion Forum privileges.
4. Students should use an appropriate, descriptive title when posting a new topic. Examples of bad titles include; "Help me!"; "I've got an error! etc. Examples of good titles include; "Question about Graph in 'Demand' ", "Flashcards in Extinguishment not working." etc.
5. CPAexcel Support Staff reserves the right to edit or remove any post at any time. The determination of what is construed as indecent, vulgar, spam, etc. is up to the CPAexcel Staff and not Students. Repeated abuse of the discussion forums may, at the staff's discretion, result in termination of discussion forum and/or CPAexcel access without refund.
6. CPAexcel has been asked to remind its students that Exam candidates sign a non-disclosure agreement when sitting for the exam. We understand that discussion of material you saw tested on the exam may be helpful to your fellow candidates, but we ask that you refrain from posting any specific information that may contravene the agreement you signed on exam day. General discussion of exam content is not prohibited.
