AICPA Confidentiality Agreement

The AICPA is very concerned about the integrity of the CPA Exam and therefore require each exam candidate to agree to a confidentiality statement before taking the Exam. Candidates cannot access the Exam without first agreeing to the statement. Below are paraphrased excerpts of the agreement.

Candidates attest that they will not:
"-divulge the nature or content of any Uniform CPA Examination question or answer under any circumstances;"

Candidates further agree that:
"I understand that I am required to report to the AICPA any examination question disclosures, or solicitations for disclosure of which I become aware.

In addition, I understand that failure to comply with this attestation may result in invalidation of my grades, disqualification from future examinations, expulsion from the testing facility, and possible civil or criminal penalties."
