Terms and Conditions:

RBM LLP agrees to pay and/or reimburse qualified team members, when due, for the purchase of select CPAexcel CPA Exam Review Course and course materials. The amount paid for and/or reimbursed is in lieu of any bonus required to be paid to the qualifying team member upon successful completion of the CPA exam. "Qualified team members" include only those team members that are currently eligible to sit for the exam, having met the educational requirements in his/her chosen state of residency, and those team members who are currently enrolled at a four year accredited college or university and within 120 days of graduation. The team member agrees to reimburse RBM LLP for the full amount paid for the CPAexcel CPA Review Course should he/she leave voluntarily or is otherwise terminated for cause before successful completion of all four sections of the exam. In such event, the amount owed to RBM LLP will deducted from the team member's final paycheck. All purchases (or purchase requests) are subject to approval by RBM LLP.
