CPAexcel Textbooks include Study Texts and Proficiency Questions identical to those included in the CPAexcel Self-Study Course. The content is typically organized into 3 to 10 page lessons that follow the same sequence as our courseware. Each lesson includes the complete Study Text and Proficiency Questions required to test and reinforce your memory of key points.

No other CPA review course includes Proficiency Questions. They are included in every CPAexcel lesson in order to test and reinforce your knowledge of the content of that lesson and to increase your retention of that knowledge before you move to the next lesson. CPAexcel includes over 4200 Proficiency Questions distributed among its bite-sized lessons.

• Separate textbook(s) for each exam section covering the complete scope of the AICPA content specification.
• Textbooks map perfectly to our courseware outline and structure. No cross-referencing is required.
• The content of each textbook is identical to our courseware at the date of printing. Later content updates are included in our courseware. The courseware logs all updates and identifies them to the affected lessons. Thus each textbook user may see which lessons have been updated and, if desired, print a copy of the updated version to use in place of the version in the textbook.
• At the front of each textbook is advice from the author concerning the emphasis of the questions on the CPA exam, as a guide to students in completing their studies.
• Each textbook is a series of "bite-sized" lessons. Each lesson usually consists of 3 to 10 pages of study material.
• Each lesson includes the complete study text and applicable Proficiency Questions.
• Proficiency Questions test and reinforce the student's ability to remember the content of the lesson. An Answer Key follows at the end of each set of Proficiency Questions.
• We encourage students who take the Proficiency Questions printed in the textbooks to retake them in the courseware, as an additional means to reinforce their memory and to update their progress measures and reports in the courseware.
