• Upon purchasing CPAexcel, you will receive a personal serial number via email within one business day. Your serial number will immediately unlock all of the study material you have purchased.
• Shipping Policy: Printed Flashcards, Textbook(s), the CPAexcel Installation CD-ROM and Video Lecture CD-ROM(s) will ship within one business day. Please allow 5 business days for domestic delivery via USPS or 10 business days for international delivery via USPS Air Mail. Faster shipping options via FedEx are available for an additional fee.
• Return Policy: Refunds must be requested within 10 business days of purchase and are subject to a 15% processing and restocking fee. Refunds of printed materials will not be processed unless materials are returned in as-new condition within 14 days of the refund agreement and have been inspected and accepted by customer service.
