Upon purchasing CPAexcel, you will receive a personal serial number via email within one business day. Your serial number will immediately unlock all of the study material you have purchased.
Shipping Policy: Printed Flashcards, Textbook(s), the CPAexcel Installation CD-ROM and Video Lecture CD-ROM(s) will ship within one business day. Please allow 5 business days for domestic delivery via USPS or 10 business days for international delivery via USPS Air Mail. Faster shipping options via FedEx are available for an additional fee.
Return Policy: Refunds must be requested within 10 business days of purchase and are subject to a 15% processing and restocking fee. Refunds of printed materials will not be processed unless materials are returned in as-new condition within 14 days of the refund agreement and have been inspected and accepted by customer service.
