Your CPAexcel course has no expiration date. Use it until one year after you pass. Course repeats, online content updates, and software upgrades are free.

Becker™

Becker's guarantee is described in 700+ words. A short summary follows.

1. The course expires in one year. You then become "a former candidate."
2. If you qualify to repeat the course tuition-free, by meeting stringent performance and procedural requirements, you must still "pay the enrollment fee & a license fee for the materials for each section." The tuition waiver expires 365 days following your completion of the applicable part.
3. If you do not qualify to repeat the course tuition-free, you may repeat the course "once for ½ of the regular tuition."

Pass the Exam Guarantee:
The Self-Study course offers a choice of a full refund or free update of the materials to repeat of the course. In order to qualify for the guarantee you must meet the following conditions:

• You must fill out and return the written guarantee agreement within 10 days of receiving the review materials.
• You must spend at least 1 minute per question, answer each question and essay at least once, and achieve a score of at least 75%.
• You must provide a notarized copy of your exam grades by certified mail within 20 days of receipt of those grades. All review materials must be returned in good condition for a refund.

Early Preparation Guarantee:
If you are unsure you achieved a passing grade on one or more sections of the CPA Exam and decide to purchase our review materials to get a head start on your next sitting, we will refund your purchase price if you discover you passed that section(s) when grades are released.

ExamMatrix™

Our exclusive Pass/Update or Pass/Refund guarantee is designed to ensure you use our Review correctly, giving the program the time and dedication you will need to prepare for the Exam.

To qualify for the pass guarantee, you must:

• See and answer all objective questions correctly at least one time.
• Spend an average of at least one (1) minute per objective question and (30) minutes per simulation question.
• Send a copy of your completed progress files by certified mail or other traceable method to ExamMatrix.
• The files must be postmarked within seven (7) days after you sit for the actual exam.
• Take the Exam within one year from the date of purchase of your ExamMatrix Review.

If you have met all of the above qualifications, you will be eligible for the Pass/Refund or Pass/Update guarantee.

Under this program you are eligible for a cash refund for the appropriate section(s) of your ExamMatrix Review package, minus shipping and handling. You must send us:

• A letter requesting a refund.
• All your original software and printed materials.
• A copy of your official examination grades confirming that you did not pass the CPA Exam.

This package must be sent to ExamMatrix within thirty (30) days of receiving your results.

To prepare to retake the CPA Exam , you will need to study with the most up-to-date information available. Under this program you are eligible for a free update of the appropriate materials for the next scheduled exam. You must send us:

• A letter requesting an update.
• All of your original software.
• A copy of your official examination grades confirming that you did not pass the CPA Exam.

This package must be sent to ExamMatrix within thirty (30) days of receiving your results.

Pass/Refund - To be eligible for the Pass/Refund guarantee option (in addition to meeting the study requirements stated above), your current software purchase must be at the full individual retail price (less any promotional discounts). Pass/Update - To be eligible for the Pass/Update guarantee option (in addition to meeting the study requirements stated above), your current software was either acquired at a discounted repurchase price (renewal/update), or you received the program through a corporate discounted rate. Renewal/update purchases and corporate discount purchases are only eligible for the Pass/Update guarantee.

Gleim™

If you do not pass the CPA Exam section(s) that you have purchased, you will receive your choice of either a cash refund for CPA Gleim Online or unlimited continued use and appropriate tutoring until you pass subject to the following conditions:

• Contact your Personal Counselor by responding to the welcome email AND calling by phone* before completing no more than five of the Gleim Online study units. (sooner is better)
• Complete 90% of CPA Gleim Online before sitting for the corresponding section(s) of the exam. This requirement can be satisfied by completing either 90% of each Gleim Online instructional element for all study units or by completing 90% of the Gleim Online study units in their entirety.
• Complete 90% of each question type. This includes multiple-choice, true/false, and simulation questions. (In the BEC section, only multiple-choice and true/false questions must be completed.)
• Sit for the purchased section(s) within nine months of your purchase date. If you have to retake any section(s), and you choose unlimited CPA Gleim Online access, then you must immediately retake the unpassed section(s) in the following exam window.
• Submit your grade report within 30 days of receipt of your grade report.

Access will expire 18 months from your purchase date unless guarantee requirements are met. When you order Gleim Online as part of the Gleim CPA Review System, your refund is the discounted cost of the course within the package.

Kaplan™

Course Comparison who purchase our Kaplan CPA Review Learning Systems are provided with Online Access, including all online updates, for a full 24 months from time of initial purchase. In addition to the 24 month Online Access updates, the purchase of our Learning System includes one updated copy of the Practice Manual at no charge during the 24 month active subscription, available upon request.
Only one update per section during the subscription period.

Following the expiration of the 18 or 24 month subscription period for each section, customers may purchase a new Learning System which includes all components and online access for 24 months, at 50% discount on the current retail price. New purchase must be for the same section as original purchase.

Previous participants in our Online Review Course may re-enroll in our subsequent Online Review Courses for the same section(s) during their active subscription period for an additional charge of $100.

Roger Philipp™

For online course: All students who enroll in all four parts (Full Course) for the same exam period are entitled to a Unconditional Repeat. This Unconditional Repeat is given in the form of session credits. When you register for 4 parts concurrently, you will have 9 months from the time you enroll to access the lectures. You have 4 months from the date your course expires to register for your repeat(s). Repeats have additional 9 months of viewing time. That gives you a total of 18 months of viewing time. Unconditional Repeats are non-transferable, and do not include new course materials. A $50 per part administration fee will apply to register in the repeat session. Purchase of New Materials is not required

For live course: All students who enroll in all four parts (Full Course) for the same exam period are entitled to a Unconditional Repeat. This Unconditional Repeat is given in the form of session credits. When you register for 4 parts concurrently, you will have 18 months from the time you actually attend your first class to attend each part twice. The maximum number of times you may take a part is two. For example, you may take FARE a total of 2 times within an 18 month time frame. Unconditional Repeats are non-transferable to future courses beyond those within the 18 month time frame allotted, and do not include new course materials. Unconditional Repeat may be in the form of a Live, Online or CD-Rom at the discretion of Roger Philipp CPA Review. A $ 50 administration fee per part will apply to register in the repeat session.
