"Like the rest of the candidates taking the CPA exam, I had completed 150 credits, with 30 credits of advanced accounting courses, and had practical accounting experience. Since the pass rate percentage has historically been in the low teens, passing was more than accounting and business knowledge and experience. I hoped to pass on my first attempt.
